Cartoon Network launches two new series tonight starting at 8, so my children and I decided to give them a appear. Seth and Ada are huge “Ben 10″ fans and were excited to find out the brand new series. “Generator Rex,” a new show from the same creators, also piqued our interest. So here we go. Very first we’ll talk about “Ben 10.”
G: The new “Ben 10″ was just OK to me. It spent a lot of time setting up the brand new status quo: new car, ship, aliens, etc. The story had some fun moments, though.
S: I think the brand new show is great simply because the new Omnitrix lets all his aliens evolve into their ultimate forms. It was actually trendy when he became Ultimate Spidermonkey for that 1st time. Ben was a little freaked out.
A: I liked the exhibit; Ben gets bumped by a rock. And I have a boo-boo.
G: The brand new villain seems to be an impressive foe. I liked the way they set him up as an incredible threat that is going to be around for that season.
S: The brand new foe appears really evil. He wants to destroy the world and rule the universe. He looks like he’s going to be tougher than Vilgax.
A: The brand new poor guy was definitely scary due to the fact he had no shirt and was all purple. Do you want to determine the end of it?
G: So, I say the new show gets a Fine rating from me.
S: It was Superb.
A: Yes!
G: Now on to “Generator Rex.” I really liked this exhibit. The first two episodes produced a cool planet and a trendy lead character. It reminds me of “X-Men” with the Evos as outcasts. Some are evil, but some just wish to be left alone. And then there’s Rex, who’s a hero employed by the government to stop rampaging Evos.
S: Don’t judge the present through the commercials. It’s a great deal cooler. His powers are definitely cool.
A: It’s truly very good.
G: The bad guy Van Cleis has a definite plan that I’m intrigued to find out unfold. I’m curious to find out how Rex fits into his strategy.
S: I consider Van Cleis wants to keep the nanites alive for his own purposes.
A: He looks handsome.
G: I like the rest with the cast, too: There’s a talking monkey, so how could you go wrong?
A: He’s Bobo, he has guns.
S: I like Bobo.
A: I like Doctor Holiday; she’s pretty and smart.
G: I give “Generator Rex” an Exceptional. I’d watch this show without my kids.
S: Nice, dad. Excellent.
A: Exceptional.
G: Finally, which did you like far better? I’m picking “Generator Rex.”
S: “Ben 10.”
A: “Generator Rex.” (Whining) I desire to eat now.
